Interpret Your Dreams

"Understanding the dreams we have at night can make a big difference in the way we feel and perform each day," says workshop leader Robert McGarey, M.A. "But the way most people interpret dreams can sometimes be superficial and fail to provide the emotional transformation that dreams can offer. In this dream workshop, we don't just interpret dreams. Instead, through acting them out, we actually change how we feel about ourselves and our life."

DreamWorks uses a combination of drama, role-playing, self-awareness and communication skills to explore the meaning of dreams. Each participant gets the chance to bring a dream, and we will work in depth with four or five of them during the workshop.

During the workshop, you will:

  • learn a new, powerful way to boost your creativity and resolve inner conflicts.
  • learn how to apply this remarkable technique to your own dreams.
  • have a chance to practice guiding other participants in their dreamwork. (This is especially useful to those interested in counseling and psychotherapy).

"One of my favorite stories," says McGarey, "was when a participant brought in a dream where there were four eggs on a plate. That was it; that was the whole dream. We spent an hour and a half on that dream, and the dreamer was so moved by it that she shed tears of catharsis, insight and relief several times during the process. She called me two weeks later and said that she still felt the impact of the dream in the way she dealt with each of her personal and business relationships."

What Participants Say:

"I came into the dream workshop plannning to interpret an 'easy' dream - one I thought I already understood. I was amazed to discover that I had missed several core aspects of my dream. It took on a whole new meaning for me, and helped me feel better about myself. I appreciate Bob's very personal approach to dreamwork, and I recommend it every chance I get."
